Two Islands Brewing and Rising Tide Bakery occupy two sides of one building that was opened in 2018 on the Main Street in Parrsboro. Two Islands is a micro-brewery and Rising Tide is a bakery and cafe. Two Islands brews craft beer for sale in the brewery by the glass and in cans, kegs and growlers. The Rising Tide Bakery and Café provides fresh, preservative free baked goods, lunches of soups, sandwiches, chowders, fair trade coffee and much more.
